Robert Quaye (Associate Director)

Robert has to his credit over 25 years local and international experience in human resource management in sectors relating to oil, mining, insurance and banking.  Robert is a Director with Achievers Consult, and a part-time lecturer in Human Resource Management at the Public Services School at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.  Prior to joining Achievers Consult, he was the Head of Human Resource for Fidelity Bank, Director of Human Resource for Cal Bank, and Human Resource Manager, Bogoso Gold Mines. He worked with Mobil Africa, Paris,  Mobile Ghana and Mobile West Africa Cluster of 10 Countries in various capacities as a Compensation Manager, Industrial Relations Expert, and Training Coordinator.

Robert is a full member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators

Development expert for West and Southern African countries brings to the fore his ability to provide practical solutions to prospective
clients.

Samuel Nelson-Cofie

Sam is proactive in his passion to achieve results in establishing new business ventures and providing HR solutions. Sam is currently
a Director of LMI Holdings, a conglomerate that provides total solution in areas that cut across Energy and Communication,
Construction and Warehousing and large scale projects. Besides, he is the Managing Director of Hyra Motors Ghana limited. He
worked as the General Manager for Prestige Motors. He also worked in the Volta River Authority on various business projects with
focus on development of business strategies and computerisation of HR systems. Sam holds a Masters in Business Administration
with specialisation in human resource management.

 

Gabriel Kobla Amekudzi

Gabriel is a seasoned computer specialist in Ghana. He consults extensively at local and international levels in development and
implementation of IT systems. Some of the companies that Gabriel worked with are IBM, Texaco, Pioneer Tobacco (Now BAT),
UNDP. He also worked with the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG). Gabriel is an expert in system development, information and
communication technology for organisations. He worked in several Africa Countries, USA, Turkey, Greece, and Iran.

Sadia Chinery Hesse

Sadia is a UK trained lawyer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries. She holds a Master’s degree in the Oil and Gas
Management. Sadia is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. She brings on board rich legal experience having worked as a legal advisor
in both public and private sector institutions. Notably among some of the companies she worked for are Bentsi-Enchill and Letsa & Ankoma
Chambers, Stanbic Bank Ghana, and top legal firms in the UK.

 

Sulley Alhassan

Sulley is an Associate Director of Achievers Consult. He brings on board a wealth of experience in areas relating to general management, planning
and research, procurement, and Information Technology. Sulley was the Operations Managers of the Ghana Office of United Nations Population
Fund. Sulley was a project team member that led the establishment of the Ghana Government Integrated Personnel Payroll Database
(IPPD) between 1989 and 1993. Sulley holds BSc Mathematics, MSc in Management Information System, and ACCA Diploma in Accounting.

 

Diana Amoako

Diana is an experienced facilitator and Associate of Achievers Consult. She was with West African Gas Pipeline Company Ltd (WAPCO) as
the Learning and Development Coordinator. Prior to joining WAPCO, she was the Programme Officer for the Non-Formal Education Division
of the Ministry of Education with responsibility for training and development. Diana’s area of specialization include training need analysis,
development of training manuals, adult facilitation, and change management. Diana holds BSc. Home Economics, Post Grad. Certificate in
Public Administration, MA in Adult Education. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (UK).

 

Sandra D. Fiagbedzi

Sandra is an experienced Business Analyst with background in marketing, banking operations and insurance risks assessment. In her role, Sandra
works with the company’s team to strengthen relationships with existing clients and form new relationships with prospective clients. She assists
with the overall strategy to ensure the continued development, growth and success of the company. She holds a BSc in Business/Commerce from
Monash University.
